Comments:Hi Classmates, I'm writing to let all of you know that I've fully recovered from the lung surgery I had a couple months ago. Breathing on my own, no oxygen bottle needed any longer. Back to my old self and feeling really good. I thank all of you for your good wishes and your prayers, and tell you that your intercession with our Lord on my behalf provided a miracle. With all my heart, I believe that. The diagnosis, as I related to Rick Saas, was 98% certain for cancer of the right lung; but, when the surgeon opened me up, he found something else instead, and it was benign. I don't see how you can go from a 98% certainty diagnosis of cancer, confirmed by every test in the books, to a fungal granuloma without God's intervention. Again, I thank you all and God, too. Comments:Steeler Hat finds NECAHI Grads anywhere While in Tampa, Fl. A good looking girl asked me if I was from Pittsburgh. I said, No, why? She pointed at my hat. I told here I was born in W.Va., but went to school in W.Pa. She asked were? I said New Castle. She said get out of here. I asked if she went to NECAHI. She called over her hubby, 56 grad. So I called over my 3 sisters. So there stood 6 NECAHI grads looking at the Manatee's. Rick, Ruth, Nancy & Phyllis Saas. Maiden names on the girls. Also Ron Abraham & his wife Sally. Comments:Frank/Ron,Can't agree with you guys. At the 30 something reunion I took the wife to the PO for hot dogs. I was really disappointed. Nothing like they were in the 50's. I always went to Franks bar near the diamond. I don't remember lanb. In TN there is no such thing as a good hot dog. Best I ever had in the south was at the Atlanta airport. Lamb in Tn., the best is at St. George's Greek festival in Knoxville in Oct. Really good. Walt Janis took me to a Chinese restaurant near the old library that was good. But then again, everyones taste is different. Just came back from vacation in Charleston, Sc. No disappointment there at all. Great food. Rick

Comments:I agree with Ron. New Castle is hard to beat for good food. When we were in N.C. we also stopped at Coney Island and P.O. Lunch. P.O. moved to Wilmington Ave. As big as Dallas & Ft. Comments:I just want to thank all of you for your thoughts, concerns and E-mails relating to my by-pass surgery. I am doing well and there was a 70-75% blockage in one artery and about 65% blockage in two others. The symptoms were caught early and there was no heart damage. Just trying to get back where I left off and getting over the soreness of the surgery, but feeling great. Thanks again for all your support.
